This workshop is for:
Young leaders (ages 18-29) with youth-serving programs based in Toronto (or the surrounding area's).

Join us on Saturday, August 15th, 2020 at 1:00pm to learn ' How To Succesffuly Plan and Execute your projects. Led by The Redesign Group!

This online participatory and lectured-styled workshop defines project management through the lens of non-profit work, reviews the project management work cycle, highlights roles/team members, and explores why projects fail. Participants will have the opportunity to discuss concepts in breakout groups and engage in interactive polls and surveys. This workshop is ideal for anyone who is needing a little help with organizing any current or upcoming projects.

ABOUT ReDESIGN GROUP
